The Kowa Cine Prominar lenses are vintage Japanese cine primes from the 1960’s. Optically offering low contrast images with a cooler colour transition, and coming with unique warm flare characteristics.
Rehoused by True Lens Services these lenses offer all the modern comfort a camera crew can wish for:
- high-grade aluminium alloy and stainless steel housing (which can hold a clip-on mattebox)
- brand new cam form focus drive (for smooth focus adjustments)
- engraved dual focus scales (in metric scale)
- standard 110mm front ring
